Yorkshire Energy began operations to cease trading in December 2020. Customers will be automatically switched over to Scottish Power, with no interruption to their service. Scottish Power is likely to put new customers on deemed or standard variable tariffs. Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that the switch has gone through, and then compare energy deals to see if they can find a better price on a fixed rate plan.
