I think my bill is wrong - what should I do?

  • In all cases, discuss the bill with your supplier as soon as think there is a problem.
  • If the company doesn't seem to be able to sort the problem (give them a reasonable chance), contact energywatch for specific advice.
  • If your supplier is unable to bill you for a while, keep the money you will need to pay the bill when it comes - if you haven't been billed for a long time, it is likely to be a large bill.

The single most common reason bills are wrong is because they are based on inaccurately estimated readings.
