  • SimplySwitch is a trading name of MoneyExpert Limited.

  • This offer is only available to residents of Great Britain. Residents of the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland are not eligible.

  • If you cancel or change supplier within 3 months you will not be eligible for this offer.

  • You will automatically be entered into the prize draw once your application is complete.

  • This offer is only available from 1st October 2009 until 31st November 2009. MoneyExpert have the right to remove or extend this offer an any point during this term .

  • The prize draw will be drawn 21st December 2009 and the winners will be notified on the same day.

  • The price is for the estimated new annual spend quoted when you apply based on your current usage up to a maximum of £1250.00 GBP (£1250.00 is the average new cost quoted during 2009) the minimum we will pay is £800.00 for 1st place to determine a difference between 1st and 2nd place. There will also be a prize for 2nd place for £500.00 GBP and 3rd place for £250.00 GBP.

  • If the winner does not respond within 90 days of the draw being taken, MoneyExpert will void this and a re-draw will be taken for a new winner. Winners will be contacted phone, letter and email. Correct details must be given.

  • MoneyExpert may ask the winners to comment on the winning, these maybe used on the SimplySwitch website.

  • This offer is only restricted to Gas and Electricity Services, and is not applicable to any other service MoneyExpert offer.

  • This offer is available for all clients using switching their energy supplier via all channels.

  • There is no limit to the number of households switched but applications for a switch at the same property will be void.

  • MoneyExpert does not accept any liability for any events beyond our control which may cause the switch not to complete.

  • Any activity seen to be fraudulent will be investigated and the appropriate action will be taken.

  • MoneyExpert reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without providing notice.

  • The decision of MoneyExpert in respect of this promotion shall be considered final.
