- How do I qualify for this offer? – Apply to connect to a new supplier via www.moneysavingexpert.com and make the switch. Then stay with the supplier for at least 2 months. We recommend to let us know once your new supply has gone live to avoid any delays with confirming this with the provider please visit our claim page and enter your details.).
- When will I receive my Cash Back? – We aim to pay the cash back approximately 90 days from your switch going live with your new supplier. On occasions these may be delayed due to issue out of our control (for example the switch being delayed be the provider). Again you can enter your details at our claim page to avoid any delays.
- How will I receive my Cash Back? – The Cash Bask will be paid directly into your back account used on the application form. If this is not provided on the application we will contact you to collect the details or you can call us on 0800 011 1395 opt 2 to provide us with them. We are not able to issue cheques.
- How much will I receive? – You will be paid £20 a single fuel. If you apply for Dual Fuel you will receive £40. Two separate single switches you will receive £20 for each fuel totalling £40. .
- Is the cashback offer available for any other services offered by MoneyExpert? – No, this is only for Gas and Electricity Switches, via MoneySavingExpert, this offer is not available if you are unable to switch using our site online. but you can visit www.simplyswitch.com for other great offers.
- Can I get this offer using the Call Centre? – No, this offer is only available for Online Applications originating from www.moneysavingexpert.com.
- Will I still get the cash if I cancel before the switch takes place? –No, the switch must take place for you to be eligible for the offer and you must remain with the supplier for at least 2 months.
- It’s over 90 days and I have not my cash back – Before contacting SimplySwitch please check that your supply has gone live with your chosen supplier. If your supply has gone live please contact SimplySwitch on 0800 011 1395, selecting option 2 or enter your details at our claim page.
