Union Energy
Union Energy was the first energy company in the UK that was set up to provide cheaper
gas and electricity to trade union members and their families.
It is owned by the TUC in conjunction with Scottish Power; however it is now also
open to members of the general public.
Union Energy will donate £10.50 to the ScottishPower Green Energy Trust for every
customer who switches to this tariff and will also plant a new tree on behalf of
the customer as part of a British forest regeneration scheme.
